In My Father's Garden

I especially enjoy painting children's portraits or flowers and still-lifes of my favorite collectibles or the beautiful lakeside scene just outside my studio window. I usually sing as I work, and I'll paint anything that grows or flows, from shady trees and color filled flower gardens to rambling rivers with shiny rocks that decorate the flowing waters of the many rivers and streams in this area.

I grew up in California, raised my family in Florida and painted with some of the finest artists I've known, while I lived in Hawaii. I moved to New Jersey in 1994 and have been in the Morris County area since 1996. It's an exciting change of scenery compared to warm and sunny California, Florida and Hawaii.
