Among the many loves of my life are history, 18th century and local NJ specifically, photography, nature, flowers and dogs. As an avid photographer for 59 of my 70 years, the last 51 years working primarily in the 35mm medium, I've taken whatever opportunity came my way to combine my life's interests and photography.
I devote a large portion of my photographic work to macro photography of flowers and wildlife. My pursuit of local history and genealogical research often takes me to areas of NJ that give me ample opportunity to shoot photos of NJ's wonderful and beautiful places that have stood the tests of time and still have their historical stories to tell.
I hope all who view my work can see through my lens the great beauty The Creator has given us to see in nature and the wild and tame creatures that live among us. Perhaps my photos of historical import can inspire further study of NJ's role in this great country of ours.
