KATHLEEN RUPFF and her husband, Evan, live in Blairstown, NJ with their two pets, Tyler and Rose. She is the owner of Tina Pearl Designs, specializing in the production and sales of fine art, graphic art, and photography. Before moving to NJ, Kathy served for 18 years as a print and pre-press designer for Victory Christian Fellowship, a large international ministry in New Castle, DE, where she developed a high level of expertise in computer graphics software and printing. In 2006 she created and led an art program for children at the church, called the “Young Artist’s Group.”
Kathy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from St. Mary’s College of MD in 1987. She also won their annual design contest in 2000, creating the winning logo and poster design for their annual Governor’s Cup Yacht Race. She was honored to be the only student in her graduating class to win two Superior Artist Awards, and has continued to receive recognition and honor for her artwork in NJ. She’s extended her education at the Delaware College of Art and Design (Wilmington, DE), The Baum School of Art (Allentown, PA), many county-sponsored classes, workshops, and art groups in DE and NJ. She also graduated from The School of Biblical Studies (New Castle, DE).
She's currently pursuing her certification to be an art teacher.
